For me, "The grave of the Fireflies" was that film that touched my soul. It taught me lessons through its silence, sacrifices, sorrows and grief not just because it's a story full of tragedy but because it mirrors the feelings that I had suppressed for a long time within me. These were the feelings that I had forever avoided. Ultimately it gave me courage to confront myself.
